Breath & Meditation Series

In our fast paced world we forget to slow down and enjoy what life has to
offer. Many students tell me that they find it hard to slow down even when
they want to. They say that their minds keep spinning, their body contracts
and they just can’t sit still. If this sounds like your experience with
meditation or breath practice you are not alone. I have designed this
workshop to help the average person, which is all of us, navigate the path
to stillness and peace.
· I will share with you the tools to work with the energy of prana and the
mind
· You will learn to deepen concentration & relaxation
• You will learn breathing concepts & techniques to expand your breath &
prepare for meditation
• You will learn the purpose of meditation and its many applications.
