Qigong Workshop “Feel the Qi”
Saturday: July 12th, 8:30-3:00 pm
Qigong is the ancient art of balancing chi or vital life force energy. Qigong is a restorative system of self care using: Breathing techniques, relaxation of the mind, movement and self massage. Bring your lunch. Beverages and snacks will be provided.
Fee: $90.00 includes detailed handout. Pre-registration is required.
